Green Envy - Indoor Plants Returns Policy

At Green Envy, we take great pride in providing you with healthy and thriving plants. However, we understand that sometimes situations arise, and you may need to return a purchase. We want you to be completely satisfied with your plant selection, so we have crafted a straightforward and customer-friendly returns policy:

Plant Quality Guarantee

We guarantee the quality and health of all our plants at the time of purchase. If, within 14 days of receiving your plant, you notice any issues related to its health or condition, please contact us immediately. We'll gladly offer a full plant refund, replacement, or store credit for the equivalent cost price.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind about your purchase, you may exchange the plant within 7 days of the original purchase date. The plant must be in its original condition, with no signs of damage or stress. Exchanges can be made for any other item for the equivalent cost price, or we can supply a gift card. Please note that return delivery costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on certain items, including opened soil, fertilisers, and other plant care products. How to Initiate a Return To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@greenenvy.com.au. Please make sure you provide us with a copy of your receipt or order number. Our friendly representatives will guide you through the process and provide all the necessary details for a smooth return.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned plant, we will process your refund within 1-3 days to your original payment method.

Store Credit Option

As an alternative to a refund, we are happy to offer store credit for the returned plant. This credit can be used towards future purchases at Green Envy. Please remember that plants are living organisms, and their health and growth can be influenced by various factors.
